My Story

From Mountain Dew to Meditation: My Journey to Conscious LivingI used to be 80 pounds overweight, addicted to video games, and drinking Mountain Dew at midnight while my body screamed for real nourishment. Like so many, I was completely disconnected from what I was putting into my body and how it was affecting my consciousness.My transformation began with a broken collarbone that forced me to reevaluate everything. That injury led me to yoga, which opened the door to Ayurveda and a completely new relationship with food. For 18 months, I struggled with chronic constipation that no doctor could solve - until I discovered that proper food preparation and prana-rich foods could heal what modern medicine couldn't touch.Through years of intensive yoga practice, meditation, and experimenting with different approaches to food - from raw food experiments to intermittent fasting to Yogic understandings - I've discovered that what you eat is just as important as how you eat it. How we approach food, our consciousness, and reverence we bring to our food transforms not just our physical health, but our mental clarity and spiritual connection.Now I wake up energized at 4am, practice yoga for hours, and need less food while experiencing more vitality than I ever thought possible.
